Culinary Travels is a food and travel publication exploring culture through cuisine, place, and lived experience. The site combines narrative travel writing with practical guides and from-scratch recipes, with a focus on meaningful travel rather than checklist tourism.

I’m Georgina Ingham, a UK-based food and travel writer, recipe developer, and editor of Culinary Travels. My work centres on how food connects people to destinations — the markets, traditions, kitchens, and everyday rituals that shape a place as much as its landmarks.

I hold diplomas in Food Journalism and Freelance Journalism, and my work has appeared in publications including Saveur Magazine, BBC Food, Metro, The Express and The Guardian, alongside collaborations with tourism boards, hospitality partners, and food brands. Recipe development and branded food content has included work with companies such as Del Monte and Schwartz, creating dishes designed to be both editorially engaging and practical for home cooks.
